Meet Our Coaching Staff

We’re proud to introduce part of our staff:

Coaches with experience at every level of baseball, including former professional players, veteran developers, evaluators & proven program builders who know what it takes to help players grow and succeed.

This staff isn’t just about wins — it’s about development, accountability, and preparing athletes for the next level.

Our facility will be led by Brett Thorney who has a ton of experience in developing programs and guiding players to the next level. He has experience a travel team owner, PBR Scouting Director in Arizona, MLB Scout, College Assistant, HS / Legion Coach, and has even seen first hand how other programs do things.

“I was lucky enough to start coaching and scouting for a living at a young age, and now 15 years later one of the coolest parts has been seeing former players graduate college and come back to help on our coaching staff. We’ve built experience at every level of baseball and across a lot of different areas of development. Since a number of these coaches played for me growing up, they already understand how we like to do things and what our standards are. Building real relationships with our athletes has always been one of our biggest priorities—and something I know firsthand we’re really good at.”
