Grey Ducks Baseball was built through years of experience in development, coaching, scouting, & exposure while developing relationships with many athletes & families along the way.

Grey Ducks previously ran under Marucci Elite - Minnesota. That experience provided valuable perspective — both in what works and where things can improve. As we grow, it has become clear that bringing everything in-house was the best way to allow us more flexibility and organizational control going into the future. We thank Marucci Elite for being apart of our journey so far.

Grey Ducks is the result — a program built with intention, accountability, and complete control over the player experience. We’re not here to build a factory. Our goals and mission wont change- we’re building a tighter, more focused environment where every player is known, coached with purpose, and never lost in the shuffle.

We have been thrilled with all of the interest and support in our first year of the program. We had 170 athletes participate in our first Fall tryout in 2025 with over 350 players total assessed in our first year. We have been completely satisfied with where we are as a program. We're even more excited for year 2 with our own facility and plenty of new opportunities for our athletes.
